
MaxMine, a leading mining technology service provider, has announced the appointment of Brett O’Leary as its new Head of Customer Success and Business Development. In this senior role, O’Leary will work with all MaxMine’s customers to ensure they receive the full benefits of working with MaxMine and have a seamless and positive experience.
O’Leary brings a wealth of experience to the role. With an MBA in Business Administration (Clean Technology) and Sustainability Studies, he previously served as the regional manager for EMEA and APAC at MineSense Technologies, a Canadian British Columbia-based technology company. With a strong focus on customer success and business development, O’Leary is ideally suited to his new position at MaxMine.

MaxMine takes clients on a data-driven journey, working as an extension to their team and delivering insights at the individual operator level, providing performance measures for each operator to help uplift their capabilities. O’Leary will be working with mine sites to ensure that sustainable disciplines are implemented to maintain improvements and hardwiring data capture and analytics into the operating system of the mine.
