What started as a small project at Newmont Boddington to change operator behaviour, has evolved into a powerful fleet optimisation platform. We’ve expanded across the entire Load and Haul operation because our high-resolution data kept revealing opportunities everywhere we looked. We get genuinely excited watching our customers discover performance improvement opportunities they never knew existed.
Today, mining teams across the globe use MaxMine to transform their operations. With over 14 million hours of data and more than 30,000 shifts behind us, we track customer value monthly and obsess over the delivery of productivity gains. But what really drives us is seeing real improvement happen on the ground.
